那間大學比較好呢

You are choosing the long distance degree programme studying in Hong Kong right? since i noticed that most of the programmes you are aiming could be finished in Hong Kong. From the views of World ranking, among all the Universities, Indiana University 美(國印第安立大學)which locates in America has got the highest ranking, is ranked around 90 something in the world. National University of Ireland, Dublin(愛爾蘭國立大學), ranked around 250. the other univeristy in America including 美國博立頓大學, 美國渥太華大學, 美國管理科技大學 are not good choices at all since they are not so well know in both Hong Kong and even America.

In my opinion, you may consider National University of Ireland, Dublin and Indiana University. But when you are choosing one from this two options. Please also consider the representing organizations of the Universityies in Hong Hong. That means HKICE and the other one (I can not recall the name of the organization). The performance of the two organization really could affect the learning experience and quality of course delivery since they act as the only communication channel between you and the universities. All trhe assignments and questions have to get throught the two organizations.

By the way, please consider the availability of (HONOR) of the degree. If you do not have plan to study a Master Degree afterwards. it doesn't matter. but If you think you wil need a master degree in the future, please choose the one with an honor since it will provide you an advantage to get an offer. I am not saying that without an honor, you are not able to get an Master degree, but it is more easy for you to get one if you have good honors.
