I stayed at home all day through yesterday, please do not excuse that nobody answered from my home. Moreover, I saw the car of the Post office stopped downstairs and delivered my parcel to the wrong address, without pressing my door bell.

A parcel attention to me with my address was delivered to my neighbour instead of me yesterday! How was it possible that someone who was not me & not at my address could receive it?

I saw the postman arrived and saw the post office van outside as i was at home that time!

I am just wondering why this had happened and would like to demand for an explanation from your office please.

It's lucky that i was at home that time and saw what happened; or i will never get my 'own' parcel!
