很多藥都含有睡意 你好好休息. - A lot of medicine/pills will make you feel drowsy (睡意/昏昏欲睡). You'd better rest more.

我可能唔會再去你個日記度留言 因為我都睇唔到中文字(唔係唔明白,係睇唔到.全亂碼) - I may not leave my messages on your diary anymore. Not because I cannot read Chinese but because those Chinese characters on your diary are codes only. I don't understand the meaning.

回左都好似冇咩意思(回覆日記) - Since I don't understand the codes, there is no point (冇咩意思) to reply/to leave message on your diary.

我沒理由要你們用英文回復我! - There is no reason for me to make you reply in English.

我現在英文還沒差 等我英文好的時候..再去你既日記度回復 - My English is not competent/good enough. When my English is improved, I will visit your diary and answer/reply.

我用英文回復 人地可能覺得我好串. - Others may think that I am a show-off (好串, 扮晒野) if I reply/answer in English.
