首先 who字是代人, 是用來代[句主] (subject), whom 字是代人, 但是用來代[受詞], 這是正確英文文法。而20 及 21都是代 [子句 clause] 的句主及人, 所以用 who而第 19 句則因為 that 字其實可以代 [人] 或 [物] 的,所以這題只有 that 才對 (當然如果有 which 就變了有兩個答案, 所以這題沒有 which 可選!)
