There is mild lost of the normal lumbar lordosis.
There is mild marginal osteophyotsis seen along the end plate of the lumbar vertebrae with L5 /S1 disc height reduction.
Bilateral sacroiliac joints are unremarkable. No obvious bony lesion can be seen in sacrum.
Comment
1.Mild lumbar spondylosis with L5 /S1 disc degenerative change.
2.The mild lost of the normal lumbar lordosis may suggest an accompanying underlying para-spinal muscular spasm.

有溫和的正常腰的脊柱前彎症失去。有沿著腰 vertebrae 的結束碟子被 L5/S1 圓盤高度減少所見到的溫和的邊緣 osteophyotsis 。
雙邊的抵骨與喀骨間的接合是不令人注目的。 沒有明顯的如骨損害能在荐骨中被見到。
評論
1.用 L5/S1 圓盤退步的改變溫和的腰 spondylosis。
2.正常腰的脊柱前彎症被失去的溫和人可能建議一陪伴基本的帕拉－脊柱的肌肉抽筋。

有溫和失去的正常腰部脊柱前凸。
有溫和的少量的osteophyotsis 被看見沿腰部椎骨的終板以L5 /S1 圓盤高度減少。
雙邊sacroiliac 聯接是平凡的。
明顯的骨多的損害不能被看見在sacrum 裡。
