There is mild lost of the normal lumbar lordosis.
There is mild marginal osteophyotsis seen along the end plate of the lumbar vertebrae with L5 /S1 disc height reduction.
Bilateral sacroiliac joints are unremarkable. No obvious bony lesion can be seen in sacrum.
Comment
1.Mild lumbar spondylosis with L5 /S1 disc degenerative change.
2.The mild lost of the normal lumbar lordosis may suggest an accompanying underlying para-spinal muscular spasm.
