advise came from the word adviceAdvise generally means give your opinion (給意見), or to offer advice, but in your case, it would mean something a little different.
"Please advise if the price below is for 1 room with 2 beds."
Your client is asking you to 'confirm' (確定) if the price below is for 1 room with 2 beds
He/She is NOT telling you to take action!!!

The above answers are correct, the person is only enquiring whether the price you quoted is for a room with 2 beds. In your reply you can ask:
" If you are interested, please can your confirm in your reply that you would wish to rent the room."
