When I open my computer came out some words like this:
We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.
If this computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders , choose Last Known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.
If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to power failure or because the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you aren’t sure what caused the problem, choose Start Windows Normally.

Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Your system is probably not reading the boot sector. If you are unable to get in then you are going to need to remove the hard drive and place it into an external enclosure to read the information off the drive.

You have done good so far, but since I don't know anything regarding what did you do last with the laptop before it crashed, you can also:
> turn off the device >> take out the battery to completely reset the machine.
> turn if back on and good luck ( this has solved similar problems in the past)
Also make sure to have the computer unplugged from any network cables and have the wireless card turnoff if possible.
I am assuming you did not get into some serious trouble, like having a virus in your system.

Insert your windows xp disk and select repair from your options.

Your computer is not booting up properly. Hard disk might not have been damaged. Try to login safe mode. Wait for sufficient time before you give up. If you can login safe mode, uninstall any newly added programs or drivers and do a sfc.
If you can't you may have to insert installer CD and do a repair.
