我想與女友赴美結婚, 請問申請未婚夫妻簽証容易嗎? Body Check 是 Check 些甚麼? 肝炎帶菌者可否申請未婚夫妻簽証?

if you are real lovers, you should be no problem to apply the K-1 visa.Hep B is only a carrier and you CAN come to USA. some of my friends are B type carrier in here, it is not a big deal.
the only disease not allow into US is AIDS.

我曾經也幫朋友就這個問題向律師查詢, 佢只是回答一句"Your fiance application will be acceptable to CIS."
