Quality of labour, labour productivity

Good quality of labour could mean workforce is well educated or skilled. THis could lead to higher productivity as workers take less time to produce more. For example, person A graduated from university and person B only finished his primary school. Definitely, person A knows more about technology and learn things more quickly than person B. So, if that two people work together, preson A would have higher productivity. So, firms would try to employ high quality staff to increase their productivity.
