每一班航機上,
每一隻門都要有at least一個crew睇住,
呢個係為左係take off/landing發生意外時,
cabin crew能夠更快打開逃生門而設ge規定,
所以744 upper deck個crew位都要係中間而唔係係galley度。

每款航機 (B747, B737, A340....) 都有一個min crew 去維持飛行安全 (逃生門).

波音 747-400約有16-17名空姐！四引擎(長途)空中巴士 340-600約有14名空姐！四引擎(長途)==== meaningless as the min is set my the safety regulations. The extra means $ implying more expensive tix. and 長/短途 has NO importance here. as the safety regulation and company policy dictate.
