I'm 108 pounds. 5'4. and I eat ALOT of food!!! But I keep looseing weight. Im not bullemic. What wrong?

U COULD HAVE A THYROID PROBLEM...IF U ARE LOSING EIGHT, THAT MEANS U ARENT EATING ENOUGH CALORIES!

u need to eat MORE CALORIES THEN U BURN TO GAIN WEIGHT...EAT MORE OF THESE TYPES OF SNACKS/FOODS ...

dried fruit(especially raisins)-instead of fresh fruit
-Lean meats
-complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta)
-peanut butter(put on anything)-or other nuts
-"proto pure" protein bars....each has 300 calories and 32 g protein but are low fat(7-8g), ok carb(around 26), very low sugar(1g), very healthy and delicious...i like the chewy chocolate chip and chocolate deluxe..or the regular "pure" protein bars but they are smaller and only have around 180-200 calories and 20 grams of protein
-loose granola or muesli(as a good snack)
-potatoes and corn instead of greens
-drink BOOST PLUS and ensure plus(the chocolate is the best) they have 350-360 calories each and have alot of vitamins, healthy fats, and the carbs u need...look them up...there is a difference between the regular and the plus...
-milk/other dairy products
-beans/seeds



U HAVE 2 MAKE SURE U DONT BURN WHAT U EAT AND HAVE A HEALTHY SNACK BEFORE BED LIKE A PB&J SANDWICH AND A GLASS OF CHOCOLATE MILK or boost plus....

The causes behind your inability to gain weight are not something that we can second guess. They can range from inability to absorb nutrients, metabolic diseases, intestinal parasites, cancer, etc. You will need to schedule a physical with your family doctor if you have not already done so.

you shouldnt be loosing weight, what are you eating, how much excercise do you do? Could be very high metabolism.

omg i am exactly the same, except for i weigh 98 pounds and i am 5'3.. its so strange isnt it! i mean you can eat what you want do what you want and still look really really slim. i wouldnt mind putting on a few pounds mind... buti cant lol. whenever i tell people this they just get annoyed, because its usually the other way around..

You probably have a really high metabolism. A lot of people are like that. You can go to a doctor if you are loosing weight. Also, you should still watch what you eat because even though you are thin, doesn't mean that you are going to be healthy. I hope this helps!

lucky you, im exactly the same. and im lovin it!!! except i weigh 105, but whatevs. high metabolisms are what you and i have, and seriously, you should really take advantage of that.
