保衛細胞和上表皮會不會進行光合作用??
There are chloroplasts in guard cells. Thus, the chlorophyll in it can absorb light energy to drive photosynthesis.

I think you have to know that MOST of the epidermal cells do not contain chloroplasts.So that only some of the plants can carry out photosynthesis in their upper epidermis and lower epidermis.
