大家對於兩岸經濟關係的發展，有種強烈的恐慌感，以前是怕
台灣經濟太依賴中國大陸，現在更是怕企業都遷移到大陸去造成台灣的產業下滑。
確實，兩岸政治關係的不確定，也使得大家對台灣的經濟願景缺乏共識，也因此
難以判斷何者值得憂慮，以致於對快速的變化產生恐慌。
因此政府開放小三通,意指金馬地區與中國大陸直接通商、通航與通郵,希望對台灣經濟有所幫助,也可以促使兩岸的交流,產業移往大陸是好還是不好?在這個議題中我們也有著不同的看法:
