食物單張方面
首先,我們應重新設計食物單張,由現在的黑白的變為彩色,並加上食物圖片供顧客參考,並且列明條款及預早多少日前訂購．

聯絡方面
我們可以以電郵,郵寄和電話形式聯絡各派對場地負責人,讓他們知道我們公司有小食服務,並附上食物單張供他們參考.

優惠方面
有意跟我們合作的公司,我們應給予他們一些優惠

3月前應完成宣傳單張的設計
4月開始聯絡派對場地
6月前應完成所有工作

Leaf-let for Food Aspect
First of all, we should redesign the leaf-let for food, from black & white to colorful as well as adding with some food's photos for customer reference, also list out the term & condition together with order date as well.

Contact Aspect
We can apply through e-mail, mailing as well as telephone contact with each party host, let them know we can supply of snack food and provide food list for further consideration.
