Do you know what options if I want to take a part-time degree course in Hong Kong (language related course - offered by oversea universities, like University of New England or University of Portsmouth)?

thanks a lot for your prompt reply! but I want to finish the part-time degree within 2 years - probably degrees from oversea university (part-time study in HK) would be better... do you have such infomation? thanks in advance.

HKU Space has a series of English course, from Cerificate to Degree.
