材料:

做法:
1. 所有材料切小塊;
2. 加水煲30-45分鐘即成。

(1) 每朝食完中餐由中環行到落銅鑼灣先至搭車返屋企 (因為我返通宵), 大約行四十分鐘
(2) 每日必食一個橙同大蕃茄, 盡量唔好食蕃茄入面啲籽, 因為濕熱, 長期加埋啲籽食會引致便秘, 如果唔食入面啲籽, 可以瘦身之餘, 皮膚便越黎越靚, 尤其有暗瘡o既人, 呢個方法好有效
(3) 如果唔鐘意食蕃茄, 可以將蕃茄加水加蜜糖, 打成蕃茄汁, 對腸胃亦都好好
(4) 你只要食橙, 每日都會有便意, 唔駛食出面啲乜乜減肥茶, 又有維他命C
(5) 每日都食半斤烚菜, 食多啲蒸魚, 唔好食魚皮, 我就唔落豉油, 因為我係魚癡, 唔駛落豉油, 如果怕淡, 落少少豉油好喇, 因為鹽份太多亦會令人發胖, 食魚亦會令你皮膚越黎越靚
(5) 盡量少食煎炸野, 我多數食蒸或者烚肉, 可以食雞脾扒去皮, 好味過食白烚雞胸好多架!
(6) 完全唔飲凍野, 怕水太淡, 我飲玄米綠茶 (我o既至愛), 因為凍飲會令你新陳代謝減低, 亦都要戒絕酒精頪飲品
我就係咁, 慢慢係不知不覺間三個月唔見左三十磅, 啲皮膚仲好好添, 大家不妨試吓
