B. 4000N is the horixontal force, since the workman life it up vertically, so the horizontal force is no matterC.the force exerted by the workman is horizontal so is no matter
D. the stone moves vertically, so it wont have any horizontal acceleration

A, B, C are wrong because the stone is hung up vertically by a rope before the workman push it. So the stone can move .
