甚麼叫 Clearing Deposit

This represents a cheque of other bank ( A ) has been paid in to your bank account (B). As this is a clearing cheque, this has to be undergo a process for central clearing. This cheque will be presented by (B) to the clearing house for asking a credit from (A) of this clearing cheque. This process will usually be completed by 4:00 p.m. on the following day. So, if you deposited a cheque to your bank account today, you could get the cash after 4:00 p.m. tomorrow.
