物業稅同差餉的分別 ?why 這分別是直接稅同間接稅?

物業稅=If you have a property for retnal and have rental income!

差餉= Governement rages are charged on every property owner!
Both property tax and government rates are charges directly on the owner of the property for direct tax!

兩者都應是直接稅!!
