Berbatov, will he stay or will he go???

2008-01-03 7:31 pm
Im hoping he will stay, as all of us have really welcomed him into the club, and no one else wanted hima few years ago. hes got a lot to thank from spurs.

I totally agree with the article in the sun the other day, that if we sell him we are just the feeders for the "big boys" and i dont think any true blue wants to see this happen.

What you think???

I hope he stays and the THFC board don't do a "Carrick" , I mean selling him for a huge profit might sound like good business but if we don't sell him we could be pushing for a top 6 finish and that would generate more money than we become a buying club not a selling one , by the way I too agree with the article in the Sun even though it was written by Ian Wright and that hurts!!

i hope he stays at Tottenham Hotspur.

If i knew that i wouldnt be checking sky sports news every day!!!

I think he will stay for now but i definatly think he will go in the summer.. Ramos has just put a 35Mil tag on him...but maybe its all a screen, who knows..
A good sign will be if he plays on saturday against reading... If he was to go but played on sat he would be cup tied for chelsea or man u, so if he not playing on sat. its safe to say he is probably going..

Peace

im sorry to say spurs fans against aston villa he didnt look like he wanted to be there, i could tell from his body language that he wanted to go, he is getting older and wants champions leuage football and spurs aint guna give him that this season ( even though i had high expectations at the start of the season ) if only you gaffer can promise him european football the season after next maybe he can sway his mind or maybe next season if yous win the fa cup :D but then again that aint champions leuage anyway i can see any prem team beign able to buy him and i hope he stays at tottenham as i enjoy to watch him play :) :) :)

He will stay. Spurs are making it difficult for him to transfer to another club with the ridiculous price tag slapped on him.
2008-01-05 4:44 am
I think he will go greed for money will turn his head.
2008-01-04 9:32 pm
i think he'll go, but only if defoe is still there.
2008-01-04 9:17 pm
He`ll go. The agent has already put £££ signs into his eyes.
2008-01-04 6:36 pm
he WILL STAY.nobody really wants to buy him for such a highprice..trust me he aint going nowhere
and he might have the talent and an excellent touch but for me hes not consistent enough.he switches himself on and off
2008-01-04 4:55 pm
Maybe he will stay because Ramos won't let his best striker to go . Spurs now is not Ramos real team . Only if he buy a new player then we will see the real Ramos team

I am a Manchester United fan.
So if Berbatov go to United, it is welcome as he is good player, and I believe the United could help to grow up. By the way, we must be respect his decision.

I think you have lost the player even if he stays to the end of the season.

The agent is pushing for the move in the January window but at £35 mil only cheski can afford him. United just dont have that kind of money and there main priority will be to find a new right back.

The only possibility of a move to Old Trafford I think would see Wes Brown, Carrick, & Saha going the other way + cash, there is no way Spurs will value Brown at more than £3 mil, Carrick about £9 mil, and Saha about £6 mil, this would leave Utd £17 mil short .........it want happen
2008-01-04 5:41 am
he wont move till summer
2008-01-04 5:34 am
well he wont leave in january but he might go at the end of season depending on where spurs end up i think he'll stay if u get in europe
2008-01-04 5:19 am
Stay it's his agent doing all this **** stirring! As he gets a big pay check if Berba moves!!!

He is known in Bulgaria as a player who is loyal and plays to entertain the fans rather than trying to find glory and money....

He loves us fans, although he does have a go at other players on the pitch.

I'm hoping he'll stay prett confident but you never know especially with that agent of his!

Agree with kyle
I was at the villa spurs game he just look like he was enjoying himshelf
2008-01-04 4:51 am
He appears to want to play for a more successful team. If he desires to make a move then it will be better for Spurs to make a huge profit on the sale and invest in someone else.
2008-01-04 4:44 am
i hope you can keep hold of him as he is your ticket to prem safety zone
2008-01-04 4:39 am
i think he will move to Manchester United around August 2008
2008-01-04 4:37 am
If its for £36million no no way is he worth that much!!! i dont think he is that good he never puts any effort in id rather have Kevin Davies wears his heart on his sleeeve!!!!!
2008-01-04 4:26 am
Every player has his price.. Berbatov will probably be 30m+ at the moment.. If he's going anywhere, they'll have to break the transfer fee record for English football!
2008-01-04 4:19 am
Go!
2008-01-04 3:54 am
apparently ramos wants 30m for him, which is a way too high even for the big boys (madrid is offering 45m for ronaldo...), especially when anelka is only 10m? he'll end up staying. defoe will probably leave (aston villa maybe) though.
2008-01-04 3:52 am
come on lets be serious here, he is a fairly good player but obviously not good enough for the Arsenal. Man U maybe but not good enough for us. Just kidding I rate him very highly and if he leaves shite hart lane I hope he goes to plymouth or preston north end, even overseas
2008-01-04 3:45 am
He will go to China
2008-01-04 3:37 am
i am a liverpool fan.

this will tell the rest of the league whether spurs are a big team or a wanna be team!

i like spurs - keep him and build a team around him - or you can have crouchy for 10m
2008-01-04 3:36 am
he wants to go, but i cant see united splashing out 35 million on him, maybe they will in summer in a swap deal involving carrick's return and saha. Chelsea dont want him, Anelka is more or less theirs now, Liverpool dont have the funds and theres no way he's going to Arsenal. AC Milan could snatch him though.
2008-01-04 11:53 am
within the next 5 days, tottenham will buy a new striker. berbatov will move to united for money that when added to wes brown = £30m. u heard it here first.
參考: thats my secret
2008-01-04 7:01 am
he's gonna go, as much as i hate it too. man u will sweep him up and pay him double wat spurs are paying.
