Make fun of his mom or his package or basically anything that he is either overconfident about or insecure about.
Example: If he is a good football player, bother him about the one time he failed. Or if he's bad a football, just stress how important football is in measuring a man's worth.
Btw, irritating a man should only be done if you have a good motive. You need to be very strategic too.
