Maybe your job is not suitable for you. Those who are happy with their choice of career rarely call in sick due to 'just dont feel like working'. Better for you to move on and find a more suitable job.

no, i apply annual leave because medical leave will affect my yearly performance. What if, i really fall sick and if i had already accumulated false sick leaves beyond my yearly entitlement, then suddenly, i have a genuine sick leave, the day will become an unpaid sick leave

nope...if i dont feel like to work...i will take half day leave...off duty in the morning then come to work in the afternoon...sometimes, i malas bangun pagi ar...hehehehe ;p

since i'm working i never take MC. it's been 3.5 years.

i usually take leave for hangovers,about a day a month,but if i dont work i dont get paid so i do that as little as possible!

do that all the time but always make sure that the next day works will not put u into MC
