printer問題,一直捲紙,但不print字

當我一按print的時候,printer就會如常捲入紙張,但就會直吐出來,沒有print任何東西...然後著紅燈制,我按紅燈制,print又會再捲紙,重複以上...
同埋,佢捲紙ge時候,需要用手幫手伸入去,唔係捲唔倒...
我用緊 epson stylus c20.

唔該大家幫幫手!

佢係好順咁將張紙直入直出,冇print過野...

most likely printer drivers problem. remove the old printer drivers & re-install the printer driver(please download the latest driver from epson website, don't use CD old driver).

if still not ok, the USB cable may be defective. replace it & try try.

應該是個ink有問題，你去check check個ink
