asking for ipod repairing!!

I wonder if Hong Kong has any factory that can help repairing my ipod (mini 3rd Gen) !!!

someone gave me a site above, it's a company that helps repairing people's ipod, but I don't know if its safe or not.. if anyone can give me some advice, I will appreciate that!! 20 pionts if you can help me!!! thanks a lot
