(1)我的window ME 電腦是在2001年購買,現想換新電腦,請問有多少種方法可以將我舊雹腦的 Favorites (Websites) 及emails in Outlook Express 轉入新電腦呢? 例如:直接轉入新電腦?或先Export 去 Portable Hard Drive再Import 去新電腦 或其他方法?請step by step的指示做法程序.
(2)有無中文網站可查知上述的問題?
(3)怎樣將我舊電腦所有的Files轉入新電腦呢?
(4)購買Window Vista, Window Vista 64bit 抑或Window XP 好呢?

(1) (a)Outlook express backup email
click Tools - Option - Maintenance - Mail Folder
you will see the folder name storing *.dbx (your email)
just copy them to your backup media (DVD, external hard disk, USB key, etc.)
copy those files back to the "mail folder" of your new computer
(b)Outlook express backup account settings
Tools - Accounts - Export, save *.iaf to a floppy, etc
in your new computer Tools - Accounts - Import, open the *.iaf from floppy
(2) google search "outlook express backup email", there'll be tons of articles
(3) Start - Find - Find Files, search for *.doc; *.ppt; *.xls;, right click some of them, choose open folder, you may copy the folder to backup media
(4) I'd choose Windows XP which is much faster
