What land use conflict?

In the past, there was no proper land use planning in these areas. Lans uses are often mixed. Small factories and workshops are often found in residential buildings. There are many restaurants which produce waste gases. Shope selling dangerous goods, for example, chemicals and fuel, are also found. These is sometimes a danger of fire. The living environment is noisy and dirty.There will be pollution and traffic congestion also .
