✔ 最佳答案
Assuming the 'England laws system' meant the Common Law system in Hong Kong, the answer is No.
Article 8 of the Basic Law: "The laws previously in force in Hong Kong, that is, the common law, rules of equity, ordinances, subordinate legislation and customary law shall be maintained, except for any that contravene this Law, and subject to any amendment by the legislature of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region."
Article 87 of the Basic Law: "In criminal or civil proceedings in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the principles previously applied in Hong Kong and the rights previously enjoyed by parties to proceedings shall be maintained."
In the event that the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress decides to alter the Basic Law before the 50 years mark reached, not only will the people of HK be uproaring, but UK, who continues to monitor the situations in HK will also interfere. Not to metion international pressure will mount against China for taking such action.
