租住物業爆水喉, 流失水費可否追討業主? (緊急)

我租住唐樓, 屋外食水喉(是鐵喉)因殘舊而爆裂(無浸到間屋但流失大量食水), 業主肯維修水喉, 由於維修工程頗大, 一天未必能完成工程, 這經天因為沒水用而要搬離一陣子或者買蒸餾水梳洗, 同埋食水已經過左我個水錶, 通知管理員後他於6小時後才到場視察及關水掣 (我地幢樓係業主立案法團管既) 足足流左6個鐘頭大量食水, 咁呢筆水費我可否向邊個追討? 同埋需唔需要通知水務署? 請指點!! 謝謝

你座是什麼樓,我以前住唐樓,水制在走廊,管理員怎会6小時後才關水掣,我住過舊樓,几分钟都已関水制,仲鎖在天台添!業主有責任維修水喉及付錢,不過呢筆水費可向業主追討,不過難計數!

I think you can ask for unit owner to repair it. If water supplies department urge you to pay water fee excess very much, you need to contact WSD to adjust water fee, because water pipe accident, not your mistake, and also I think you need to take a photo for back up use in future.

當然可以追討業主,而且還可以叫業主來修理
