False relation happens in a progression where a note in a chord (eg.D) appears in the next chord with a sharp or flat (D#/Db) or the note with the accidental appears in the next chord with a natural.

eg. D => D#/Db or D#/Db => D natural

ps. im sorry... it's hard to explain without using music...

false relation 同#、b無關，係講緊兩個聲部出現錯誤o既排列，eg. bass應該係低過tenor，如果出現tenor低過bass就係false relation。
