1)
蘿白去皮磨絲,隔去蘿白水,蘿白水與粘米粉拌勻,成粉漿,加調味備用

2)
臘腸,臘肉蒸軟切粒,蝦米浸軟切粒.落鑊爆開,盛起,備用白鑊炒蘿白絲,有少許出水,加糖少許去除苦澀味,煮兩分鐘,加臘味料炒勻

3)
將粉漿分次加入,拌勻 (要調至小火),直至成半糕狀,如圖,放入己掃油之糕盤內

隔水蒸45分鐘,取出,灑上芝麻(可想靚些,可於取出前十五分鐘放一粒紅棗在上面)

To prepare a turnip cake, daikon and carrots are first shredded. Daikon (either the white-and-green variety or the all-white variety) is the key ingredient since a large percentage of the cake is made from the vegetable. Both dried shrimp and dried shiitake are soaked until softened. Next, water and flour are stirred together.
Using a pre-heated wok, the ingredients are deep fried. When transparencies begin to show, onion fritters or scallion are added. The mixture is then seasoned with the salt and pepper. Rice flour is poured into the mixture until it thickens. It is then put in a steamer lined with greased tin foil, and steamed at high heat for 40-60 minutes.
After cooking, it is set aside and sliced into square pieces when cooled. Some oil is heated in a wok and pan-fried again until both sides turn golden. It is served with chili sauce or oyster sauce.

LG很喜欢吃炸萝卜丝饼可是太油不健康,我觉得广式的煎萝卜糕很好吃又不油经常会到南味居买外卖的萝卜糕两元三小块够贵的,无意中看到这个方子觉得挺简单的照着试了试,味道很好的说而且料比外面买的足多了。
[原料]粘米粉三两、萝卜一斤、香肠咸肉各二两、虾米两匙、笋半个、葱

3,放下萝卜丝和约一杯半的水(萝卜煮了会出水)煮至萝卜略软然后加盐、鸡精、胡椒粉调味;

4,将粘米粉筛入萝卜中加入笋丝搅拌均匀,倒入深微波器皿中,把剩下的一半葱花撒在表面,盖上盖子或者封上保鲜膜(保鲜膜掀一角透气);

5,放入微波炉中高火煮八分钟左右,取出冷透即成。

微波炉的功率不同所需时间也有差异可以用筷子戮一下面粉不粘筷子即可,等萝卜糕冷了后用刀沿边转一圈即可取出,可以直接吃也可以切厚片在平底锅煎一下更好吃,注意煎的时候火不要太大不然成了炸萝卜糕了。
