頭盤:沙律 Salad
主菜:牛扒 + 田螺薯茸 Steak and Escargots with Potato
甜品:蛋糕 Cake ( 意大利芝士餅Tiramisu, 忌廉蛋糕Cream Cake)
飲品:咖啡或茶 Coffee or Tea

Recipe 2
頭盤:湯 Soup (羅宋湯Borsch, 蘑菇忌廉湯Mushroom Cream Soup)
主菜:燒春雞 + 薯菜 Roast Chicken and Mix Vegetables
甜品:果凍或布丁 Jelly or Pudding (雜果果涷 Mix Fruit Jelly, 焗布丁 Baked Pudding)
飲品:咖啡或茶 Coffee or Tea

Tips 1 飲湯多數都會有餐包附送
Tips 2 主菜多數以肉類(如牛扒或豬扒)或魚肉為主,甚至瑞士雞翼和燒乳鴿。而且亦會配以白飯、意粉或薯條做主菜2 (main course 2)
Tips 3多數西餐飲品都係咖啡或茶 Coffee or Tea,冇話限住客人飲咩
