我諗係因為南瓜只係一個名,而並不是許多水果而顏色作水果名稱=]

南瓜是葫蘆科南瓜屬的植物。因產地叫法各異,又名麥瓜、番瓜、倭瓜、金冬瓜,臺灣話稱為金瓜,原產於北美洲。

南瓜在中國各地都有栽種,日本則以北海道為大宗。嫩果味甘適口,是夏秋季節的瓜菜之一。老瓜可作飼料或雜糧,所以有很多地方又稱為飯瓜。在西方南瓜常用來做成南瓜派,即南瓜甜餅。南瓜瓜子可以做零食。

據《本草綱目》註,南瓜性溫味甘、入脾、胃經。具有補中益氣、消炎止痛、化痰排膿、解毒殺蟲功能、生肝氣、益肝血、保胎。

疾病:防癌、杜蟲、治高血壓、治哮喘、治久咳、治浮腫、腹水、小便不暢、治慣性流產、治燒偒、燙傷、治支氣管哮喘及老年慢性支氣管炎、治痢疾、止痛、治糖尿病、治熱燥性癥候、治腎臟病、防神經性脫髮、壯陽、精強、預防男性攝護腺腫脹
成份:鉻、鎳、纖維、蛋白質、胡蘿蔔素、維他命A、胺基酸(胡盧巴鹼、腺嘌呤、精氨酸、瓜氨酸、天門冬素、多縮戍糖等)、礦物質(鉀、磷、鈣、鐵、鋅、硒等)、碳水化合物、澱粉、維生素B1、B2、C、F等、鎂。
弊處[1]:
多吃會助長濕熱,尤其皮膚患有瘡毒易風癢、黃疸和腳氣病患者皆不宜多量食用。

Pumpkin is a fruit of the species Cucurbita pepo or Cucurbita mixta or it can refer to a specific variety of the species Cucurbita maxima or Cucurbita moschata which are all of the genus Cucurbita and the family Cucurbitaceae [1].
Although the pumpkin is botanically classified as a fruit (the ripened ovary of a flowering plant), it is widely regarded as a vegetable. Pumpkins generally weigh 9–18 lbs (4–8 kg) with the largest (of the species c. maxima) capable of reaching over 75 lbs (34 kg) [4]. The pumpkin varies greatly in shape, ranging from oblate through oblong. The rind is smooth and usually lightly ribbed [4]. Although pumpkins are usually orange or yellow [3] , some fruits are dark green, pale green, orange-yellow, white, red and gray.[citation needed]

Pumpkins have male and female flowers, the latter distinguished by the small ovary at the base of the petals. The bright, colorful flowers are short-lived and may open for as little as one day.[citation needed]




Pumpkins are orange because they contain



massive amounts of lutein, alpha- and beta-carotene. These nutrients turn to vitamin A in the body

點解南瓜唔係藍色,係因為:南瓜個「南」唔係藍色個「藍」。重有一個解釋就係:如果南瓜係「藍」色嘅話,咁不如黃瓜(亦即是青瓜)又變「黃」色;木莓係「啡」色?

至於點解佢吾系藍色...系因為佢系橙色既............
