1) 4ab-6bBy pulling the common item in each component, we get
2b(2a+3)
2) 4a^2-9-4ab+6b
=(4a^2-9)-(4ab-6b)
=[(2a)^2-3^2]-2b(2a-3)
=(2a+3)(2a-3)-2b(2a-3)
=(2a-3)(2a+3-2b)
