Both a comb or a hairbrush is used in hair care for straightening , cleansing, detangling and styling the hair or for keeping it in place.

Differences:
A comb is generally flat. It is a device made of solid material (e.g. plastic, wood or bone) with narrow pointed teeth along one edge.

A hairbrush is a small brush with rigid bristles.

"comb'' also can be a verb, but 'hairbrush' can not. Get it?
