4 min 37 s = (4 x 60) + 37 = 277 s
(277/0.5)/100 = 5.54
So, the percentage error of this measurement is 5.5%

4 min 37 s = 4*60+37s=277s, therefore 0.5s is 0.5/277*100%=0.2%
