銀行定期利率與活期利率?

The reason is that the bank is expecting interest rate will fall in future, they will lock in the interest rate for 1 month in 1 month fixed time deposit. However, they can adjust saving interest rate daily, thus, saving interest rate is higher than fixed time deposit in falling interest rate environment.
