What is the difference?

Bul Kogi ~ Thin;y sliced rib eye steak (it does not have any bone)

Kal Bi ~ Short rib (it has bone)

They both marinated in BBQ sauce

not much difference in most cases. some kalbi sauces i've seen seem to have pear/apple (asian pear) in em.
