收到貴司來信,認為我司之報價單價格跟貴司要求之目標價錢相差很遠,
原因是現在貴司要求之材料和原來之材料價格比較高,不知可否告知現在之價格和你們之目標價格約差多少,如只是3%-5%, 我會嘗試跟管理階層商議看可否降價

From your letter dated xxxx, I know that our quotation does not meet with your target price. The price gap is caused by the materials price. The price of materials you required is much higher than the original materials.

In order to reduce the price gap, I would like to have the rate of price gap. If the rate is between 3% and 5%, I will try my best to ask for a reduction from the Manager.

I have received a letter from your department, the quotation prices of my department have a big difference with your department requirement,the reason is now the materials which your department requires and the original materials prices are higher, I wonder whether i can tell the difference between the material prices now and your goal price, if it is only 3%-5%, I will try to confer with the higher management see there can be making a reduction or not.
