1.我部係notebook,用若干時間，畫面突然变藍色，有一渣白色字母，未睇得切佢已經熄機，跟住自己開返，是咩事？
2.開機時個畫面閃吓閃吓閃到好暗好似熄機冇咗畫面咁，但唔係熄機，只係畫面，把佢拍低D又正常光番，開番大又係咁閃吓閃吓，直到過哂歡迎使用先冇事，又咩事？
大唔大獲？各位我保養過咗，攞返廠經貴，notebook係咪一定要攞返廠整？攞出街整D人掂唔掂？請各位救命，答得好有廿分！Thank!

呢d情況我勸你都係攞去整啦....我之前都係咁....我都係notebook....
不過我只係出現第一個情況....

1. 畫面突然變藍色, it's BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). a Windows device drive crashed, maybe a software issue.
to see the exact BSOD error message, please do the following:
Control Panel - System - Advanced - Startup - uncheck the box "Reboot on error"
You may also check system error log to see which device driver crashed:
Control Panel - System Admin Tools - Event Viewer
2. notebook display circuit may be the problem. connect your notebook to an external LCD monitor to see if you get the same problem.
you may consider buying a new Dell notebook, those with amd cpu is as low as $4500 only
to see the exact BSOD error message, please do the following:

notebook原廠維修好貴，可以回廠檢查約300元,如報價維修費太貴,去黃金商場,有專門維修電腦及notebook的鋪。
