Rent an apartment in Hong Kong?

Hi, I'm from New York, USA and planning to move back to Hong Kong for two years. I would like to find out the average cost of renting an apartment for a single male? Assuming my target location is in the new terrority because I know apartments in Kowloon and Hong Kong island are very expensive. Thank you in advance.

I think, the most cheapest one is at Tuen Mun. The rent is around HK$4,000 - $5,000 for a flat of 2 bedrooms. You may also consider the "Serviced Suite" at Hotel in Tin Shui Wai. It's around HK$6,000 per month with no security deposit required. All furniture, phone-line and some electric appliance like refrigerator are included.Hope the information is helpful.

It is depends which location or area you are looking for. New Terrritories could be expensive too. You can ask the agency to find you the best apartment for you. I attached the example below. I hope it helps.
