Noises are unwelcome sound to our society. However something is unavoidable in this busy atmosphere, for instance in operating computers or air conditioners, busy traffic and running motors. Actually, some certain regions may have more noises problem than others, because of the city design and crowded population. For instance, commercial activities and construction projects will mainly affect such area. It is harmful for human beings if the decibel excess acceptable level. Stress, bad performance, high blood pressure, insomnia and deaf may the outcomes of suffering noise.
The good productivity and health are highly related to working area, for such issues I suppose the Labor Department should keep an eye on noise care by setting up rules and legislation.
