你喜歡講英式英語還是美式英語呢?

我個人喜歡講英式英語，比較古色古香。

不過，我有些同學比較喜歡美式英語（不是講），因為文法比英式英語容易，例如：
英式英語:

light lit lit lighting

美式英語：
light lighted lighted lighting

他們覺得美式英語只要加" ed " 就可以，不用記太多。

We are raised in Chinese speaking families. Just by studying 2 - 3 hours per day and sometimes watch English movies, how good can our English be? We may be able to write very very good English but for speaking, you have to be with native speakers to catch the accent. Don't worry about which one is better because even you try your best, you can never make yourself speak like a native speaker with British or American accent. After all, what's so great about it? English is English! It's just another language. Your English level should not be judged by your accent but by the volume of vocabularies. My advice is, to upgrade your English level, instead of worrying about which country's accent, learn more new words, read more books, read English newspaper everyday. When you speak with foreigners, they usually respect you more by your knowledge and way of communicating than on your accent.

I like speaking American English, because i am studying in American School.

會很怪的。香港人通常是說英式英語。我覺得說美式英語會很怪！
