Form 1 Discretionary Places 2008

Application forms for Form 1 Discretionary Places 2008 are now available for collection at Heep Yunn School (1 Farm Road, Ma Tau Wai, Kowloon). Completed forms should be returned in person to the school between 3 to 28 January 2008, together with:
1.Photostat copies of P.4 and P.5 report cards;


2.Photostat copy of H.K. Birth Certificate or H.K.I.D. Card;


3.one stamped self-addressed envelope; and
4.two photographs.

: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Saturday
: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon

(Closed on public holidays)
