如果對該保險從業員有不滿意要投訴的話是可以的，打電話或信件去該保險公司的客戶服務部，他們必會處理的，若再不滿意可以向保險業聯會投訴，希望幫到你

Write the complaint letter to his company and attention to his department head or company's personnel. Of course, you will not buy the insurance anymore.
