失去的KE在air中get,
一絲絲像煙的水氣是ice get左air中水氣的E,使水粒子凝結成水點,使人看到

ie. water molecule gain enough KE against air pressure and surface tension

temperature:
keep constant during vaporization e.g.煲水,
decrease during evaporation e.g.出汗

when the water molecules on the surface gain enough kinetic energy from the neightbouring molecules, they gain enough energy to escape as water vapour.
conditions:at any temperature, on water surface, no bubbles is formed
temperature is the average KE of an object, when the water molecules escape, average KE decreaes, so temperture decreases.
