跟住邊個去做
followed by e句係被動語態 (passive voice)
中文:我打了他。
(主)I hit him.
(被)He was hit by me.
中文:我跟住佢
(主)i follow he
(被)He was followed by me

Followed by 有好幾個用法:
(1) 跟着( 人或物) The suspected murderer was followed by the detective.
The reference number begins with HK and then followed by the ID number.
(2) 皈依 The new fashion of Madonna was followed by her fans.
(3) 随行， 伺候 ( The singer was followed by a team of baby-sitters)
(4) 遵從 The guidelines have been followed by all the employees of the company.

被xxx跟住，
個xxx係放係個by後面
例如﹕a lady is followed by a man in the street
就即是說在街上，有一個男人跟住一個女人。
