請幫我檢查這句話的英文文法~

不對!!

你的 's 如果是 has 的話 excuse 會變成 excused
如果是is 的話會變成 excusing

更正後文法沒有大錯, 只是單字的用法不恰當
1. Excuse 有點像在找理由的感覺, 不是解釋
2. Reliance 在口語上太正式

你可以說
He keeps explaining, trying to get the trust from her again.

or

He keeps explaining, trying to get the trust back from her.

He's still excuse, and try to get her reliance again.
--> 當你用 and 去連接兩個動詞時, 必須是同一個時態,所以第三人稱現在式的動詞應為用 is 和(tries)
He is still making an excuse, and trying to get her reliance back again.

樓上的Dream, 我不是存心找碴, 若有冒犯, 請海涵....
你的時態用過去式可能不是很切題, "still"意味著目前仍然, 有"繼續解釋"的意思.
另外, "wanted to get her trust again.", 將get改成gain是不是會更好一些.
