I tried Island Seafood in CWB quite nice but not cheap.

I heard that Fish bar at Marriott Hotel got discount if you go during weekday before dinner time. But not sure if the promotion finished. Pls call to check.

I also suggest you can try Harbour side at Intercontinental hotel as they provide nice seafood.
