如何寫reference letter 俾resign staff?? (URGENT!!)

我要寫一封reference letter 俾resign 左的 assistant manager, 但佢入職的時候只係普通職位..後來做做下就升左職, 我想問一下個 reference letter 裡面駛唔駛佢中間升左職?
同埋
例如佢11/2002入職, 但果時佢唔係manager,06/2005 先升 咁我仲係唔係寫 " he was employed as assistant manager from 11/2002 to 12/2007??

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Mr. xxxxx was employed by our company on November 2002 as an clerk, but because of his outstanding performance and willingness to learn ,he was promoted as an assistant manager on June,2005.Throughout his time with us ,we found him capable to perform the work assigned to him diligently and timely but with no supervision. Mr.xxxx is highly regarded by his colleagues, and he left on his own accord.
We are pleased to give him this letter as reference, and should you require further information please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.

你或可改寫第一句為: on November 2002 as an general clerk,

第1段寫:xx has been working at xx company as assistant manager from (date) to (date) and has been promoted as manager since (date).
第2段寫: During xx period of duty, xx is responsible for (xx’s dutie)
第3段寫: Your comments on xx’s performance.
