1hp motor use full load current 1hp = 746w, but i dont know your motor power factor.
I = P / (V x Cosφ),
if the motor power factor is 0.75Cosφ, so. 746 / (220 x 0.75) = 746/165=4.52A
if the motor power factor is 0.85Cosφ, so. 746 / (220 x 0.85) = 746/187=3.99A
